- Shipping & Delivery

We ship almost entirely via USPS and United Parcel Service (UPS). For orders that weigh less than two pounds, you will usually find United States Postal Service (USPS) more economical. We ship only to locations in the United States and its territories. Under most circumstances, orders will ship within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control there may be a delay in shipping your order. To see an estimate of your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. Then in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" box, enter in your state/zip code and press the "Get a Quote" button.

Your order will be processed on a secure server. We use an industry standard SSL certifcate to ensure secure commerce transactions. For your protection our system does not store credit card information. All personal information provided by our customers shall be used exclusively by MindEra to process orders and facilitate shipping. We do not sell, rent, trade or share any personal information (credit card, addresses, phone numbers, etc.) with any third parties. In order to better serve our customers, MindEra may send notifications about new products and special sales via USPS or e-mail to our existing customers.
- Returns

MindEra is dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us in its complete, original and unopened condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Product refunds do not include shipping and handling costs. It is the responsibility of the consumer to provide an accurate shipping information. If MindEra has shipped the wrong item, we will pay for all shipping costs to correct the error. If a package was canceled or refused by the customer after it has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to the intended destination and return to the warehouse. We suggest you send your any returns via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be traceable, and will serve as evidence of mailing. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been damaged, or is not in its original condition and original packaging.

All returns must be authorized by MindEra with an RMA. To request an RMA please use our submit a request using this RMA form.
- Methods of Payment
- We accept MasterCard and Visa.
- Sales Tax
- Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within California. California State law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order, excluding shipping. All shipments to California addresses are charged at the rate of 9.750%. No sales tax is charged on orders shipped outside of California.
